Richard has started his diving - and loving it. Last week he did a wreck dive, a deep dive, a search and recovery dive, digital underwater photography and a Propulsion dive.
This is Koh Doc Mai where the Photography and Propulsion dives were.
This boat takes up to 50 divers! They are helped in and out of the water, the tanks are filled between dives (see the hose coming down to the dive tanks) and they are given breakfast and lunch on board - "very lucky!" Some of the swells that day were up to 3 metres, so getting out was definitely a challenge. He was diving to 30 metres and without a wetsuit!
This is a very familiar site... the family on the motorbike.
